Rewards Points Term and Conditions

Before you sign up for the MHB's Rewards program, it's important to understand the terms and conditions outlined below. By becoming a member, you agree to these terms, along with those that apply to MHB's websites and mobile app usage. If you disagree with these terms, please do not join the program. Joining is free and requires creating a MHB’s account in the app or on their website.

 

To become a member, you need to provide MHB with your name, email, password, and other optional information. MHB may use this information to manage your membership, process transactions, provide customer service, analyze preferences, and prevent fraud. They may also share your data as described in their Privacy Policy.

 

Members can earn points for making qualifying purchases through the mobile app, online orders, or by scanning their Member QR code at MHB restaurants. Points can be redeemed for menu items or discounts.

The program is valid only in Canada, and MHB can change or terminate it at any time.

 

Please note that dispute resolution for the program typically involves arbitration, governed by Alberta law, and conducted in Edmonton, Canada.

 

Membership:

1.1. Enrollment is free, and the program is for personal use only.

1.2. To join, you must be at least 13 years old and a Canadian resident. If under 13, you need parental consent.

1.3. Create a MHB account to become a member.

1.4. You're responsible for your account's use and security.

1.5. You can adjust communication preferences.

1.6. Additional benefits may require opt-ins.

1.7. You can cancel your membership, and MHB can cancel accounts for various reasons.

 

Earning Points:

2.1. Earn points for purchases, with specific earning rates.

2.2. Points are based on the purchase price, excluding tips, gift cards, and taxes.

2.3. Points are added to your account within 8 hours.

2.4. Canceled or refunded orders deduct points.

2.5. Bonus point promotions may be offered.

2.7. You can claim points for in-restaurant purchases within 24 hours with specific requirements.

2.8. Points disputes must be reported within 90 days.

2.9. Points expire after 365 days.

 

Claiming/Redeeming Rewards:

3.1. Use earned points to claim menu items or discounts.

3.2. Redeem rewards with the required points.

3.3. Redeem rewards in the app or at MHB restaurants.

3.4. Rewards have restrictions and may expire in 30 days.

 

General:

4.1. By joining, you agree to the terms and MHB's Privacy Policy.

4.2. MHB can modify or terminate the program and its terms.

4.3. MHB determines account balances.

4.4. The app may request camera access.

4.5. Abuse of the program may lead to membership revocation.

4.6. Memberships, points, and rewards are promotional and non-transferable.
